Module 4: Social Awareness - Reading the Emotions of Others
Leadership does not happen in isolation. Every conversation, meeting, and decision takes place within a web of human emotion, and the most effective leaders know how to read that landscape accurately. Social awareness is the ability to tune in to the emotional signals others send, even when those signals are unspoken. In this module, you will sharpen your ability to observe team dynamics, detect unspoken concerns before they become bigger issues, and respond with empathy that builds genuine trust. When you understand how others are feeling, you are better equipped to lead them well.
