Leadership. Recognised.

This free emotional intelligence course has been viewed over 250,000 times and adopted by organisations around Australia. We originally commercialised it on platforms like Udemy. Now we're making it freely available to everyone.

We interviewed 800 managers across Australia about their professional development journeys and compiled the findings into a free report designed specifically for People and Culture leaders like you.

Every great leader has one thing in common: they understand people. Not just processes, targets, or strategy, but the human beings behind the work. That understanding starts with emotional intelligence. In this first module, we lay the foundation.
