A near-even gender split suggests leadership and management RPL is broadly relevant across the workforce.

An average completion age of around 38 reinforces that RPL in leadership and management is predominantly a mid-career recognition pathway. These candidates aren’t “new to leadership” they’re usually already leading people, influencing outcomes, and operating with real responsibility.
